Thursday Recap

March 23, 2023

Thursday, March 23rd…..started out in Chelsea, wanting to visit the Starbucks Reserve Roastery New York…first stop though was into the Chelsea Market which was super cool….so many food counters with cuisines

ranging from Mexican to Korean to seafood, along with candy, flower, even backpack shops throughout the market…a lot of fun to explore. Had lobster bisque in a bread bowl for lunch and it was rich and tasty! Then, I made my way over to the roastery and it was magical. Just a coffee lovers delight in the entire building. Met a coffee “poet”, tried a very delicious hazelnut bianco latte which was divine, and just took in all of the hustling and bustling and great coffee smells mmmmm  I met a really nice student/Instagram foodie who lives in Brooklyn and she told me how close we were to the Whitney Museum of American Art so I walked there, passing the Meat Packing District and Little Island NYC which I’ve gone to with Jesika before. I met Aston the who was adorable and so smart! Really enjoyed the art at the Whitney….beautiful treasures in a museum I have never been to. I walked the Hi-Line Park, New and enjoyed the neat street views and then grabbed some vegetable ramen, again at the Chelsea Market, which was very tasty!   My dogs  were barking so I partial Lyft-ed and partial walked to see “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” again at the Lyric Theatre and it was so fantastic and magical and jaw dropping (would see it again and again, if I could)….got a hot tea on my way back to hotel and slept well! Zzzz
