Was lucky enough to see “A Wonderful World” twice in the past week….once with Robin and once with Michael. It’s the life story of Louis Armstrong and we loved it! He was a complicated artist who was married four times, and his wives were an important and pivotal part of the entire show. My friend Jason Forbach is in it, playing a variety of roles, most notably a crooner and also a “bad guy.” He has pipes for days and is a sweet and beautiful soul and actor with Into The Woods, Les Miserables and Phantom on his acting resume.

James Monroe Iglehart is one of the show’s directors and plays Armstrong in the show and Michael and I really enjoyed his performance….James T. Lane is the understudy and Robin and I saw him and were completely WOWED!! Go see this show!!
