November 11, 2024 - Quality Meats

Dinner last night at Quality Meats was exceptional. Great steaks, drinks, apps (dry aged porterhouse meatballs were heavenly), sides (the crème brûlée style creamed corn was fantastic as were the whipped potatoes and though I didn’t care for them, everyone else loved the spicy Brussels sprouts). The best part of the meal was catching up with friend since junior high Steve Tagtmeier, friend since elementary school Jeff Agoos, and hanging out with Dallas friend Michael G. Engers. The wine and cherry cola Manhattans flowed as effortlessly as the catching up and bantering!
