We saw opening preview night on Friday of “The Who’s Tommy”, after drinks at Sardi’s. I was jazzed by the show as soon as the lights went down, though I’m not a particularly huge fan of The Who. The show was at times disturbing and sad (a lot). Despite that, I absolutely loved the show. The technical aspects of the show and the creative sets just really held my attention and blew me away. This is definitely a show for Who fans, but is not a show for everyone. I would go see it again even though it was so heavy.
