Flatiron District, NYC

Started out the day yesterday with a coffee and  muffin across from my hotel (where their tip jar was labeled Harry Potter), and then walked onto 6th and my great friend Robin Michelson Kushner literally bumped into me, as she recognized me from the back! She wanted to push me but was afraid that might be too startling!!  Friends since we were 16 years old, it was great to see her and her husband as they made their way to a show. I checked out a cool street festival on 6th and had one of my favorite sweets, tanghulu, Chinese candied fruit on a stick. Buy two and get one free….yes, please!! I then made my way to Bryant Park for my last visit of the trip, and took the subway to the Flatiron District, to check out the iconic building, stroll through Eataly, and enjoy the amazing Harry Potter store….
