February 13, 2025: Feb Trip Recap

Last weekend was a quick whirlwind of a trip to NYC….always love staying at The Algonquin Hotel Times Square, but because it was so cold, didn’t see Hamlet the cat once as he was staying warm in the office.  Ate, hung out and saw Outsiders, Wonderful World, Cursed Child and a cabaret style concert with lovely friends, and made a couple of new friends. Went to BroadwayCon twice and had a blast (saw J Harrison Ghee but no pic). LOVED seeing and trudging thru my first major NYC snowstorm   And tried two great restaurants I’ve never been to, along with being intro’d to a new good pizza place….and Schmackary's cookies were good as always though i missed getting Levains. No time to wander out of Midtown but there’s always next trip   and though I really missed Snoopy, he was having his own fun with friends
